Macpresse conveyors are designed according to customer's requirements. The
chain pitch goes from 125 mm to 250 mm. When damaged, metal slats are easily
replaced.
If required, Macpresse conveyors can also be supplied with rubber belts.
Macpresse conveyors are designed and manufactured to last and to withstand
heavy workloads; all parts are bolted interchangeably.
Macpresse designs and manufactures sorting plants for sorting
recyclables, i.e. paper, plastic, metals, glass, etc, as well as
for industrial waste and MSW. The sorted materials are then
baled and sold to paper mills, plastic manufacturers or metal smelters.
Sorting plants can be designed for manual or automatic optical
sorting. Macpresse also supplies drum and disc screens for
separation of waste paper.
Each sorting plant is different, depending on volumes and selection of
materials to be sorted. Macpresse designs and manufactures modular sorting
concepts that can be modified at a future date to accommodate increased work
loads

Sierra International offers one of the safest method of handling material
loading while improving plant operations. The Sierra T-315 crane allows the
operator to raise and lower the height of the cab to provide maximum
visibility of the work area. A six blade orange peel grapple with rotator
can load your conveyor faster and more evenly. Burden depths are more even,
assisting the sorting task. The grapple can quickly and easily remove
contaminants and set them aside. The wide steel push blade and four-wheel
drive two-speed transmission moves material around the plant with ease.
Front axle steering, puncture proof solid rubber tires and telescoping cab
assist making daily operations easier and more efficient. Transfer stations
and recycling plants are discovering the benefits that have been used
extensively in Europe.
